Nicholas Jenny is a Policy Analyst at the Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center focusing on revenue issues. Before joining MBPC, Nicholas was Senior Policy Analyst in the Fiscal Studies Program at the Nelson A. Rockefeller Institute of Government in Albany, NY. He did research and analysis of state and local fiscal issues, and was the author of the State Revenue Report, widely respected as the timeliest source of revenue information for the states. He was also the author of many other publications for the Rockefeller Institute. Nicholas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Syracuse University, and received a Masters in Political Science at the State University of New York at Albany. He has been an adjunct instructor in Political Science at the State University of New York at Albany and at other colleges.
