Recent papers he has co-authored include "MassHealth and State Fiscal Health: A New Look at the Effects of Medicaid Spending on State Finances" and "Public School Funding in Massachusetts: Putting Recent Reform Proposals in Context." His most recent op-ed, "New Directions in Closing the Income Gap" (Boston Globe, February 16, 2006) focused on income inequality and what should be done to reduce it.
